2. Viewing requests
Browse the site for personal, non-commercial use; do not scrape content or submit false requests. A viewing request creates no booking, lease or obligation to rent. The button below sends your request and redirects you to our thank-you page.
3. Listings are not offers
Listings, prices, plans and descriptions are invitations to enquire, not a public offer, and bind no one before a written agreement is signed. Agency fees and availability are disclosed before you sign and may change. Dossiers are compiled in good faith from landlords but are not warranted as complete or error-free.
4. Consumer rights and disputes
Under the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991 'On Consumer Rights Protection' we give clear information about services and dispute resolution. Send complaints to the contacts below; we reply within 30 days.
5. Personal data and cookies
We process form data with your consent as required by the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010 'On Personal Data Protection'. Cookies may be processed on that basis; consent may be withdrawn at any time.
6. Liability, changes and contacts
We are not liable for indirect losses from use of the site or reliance on dossiers, to the extent permitted by law.
