Every dossier on this page carries a field for what we could not confirm: a cadastral extract we could not read in full, a measured area that differs from the register entry, a completion year two documents disagree on. When nothing is outstanding, the field reads “None outstanding” instead of sitting empty.

What the field records

  1. 01 Measured area against the register entry, with the difference in square metres.
  2. 02 Encumbrances, leases and mortgage registrations attached to the property.
  3. 03 Building documents, completion year and any recorded reconstruction.
  4. 04 Viewing conditions for occupied apartments and access restrictions.

Send us the dossier reference and the advisor named on that file confirms a window, usually the next working day. Viewing hours run Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00 in Kyiv, and every visit is booked against written terms before you arrive.
