Kyiv apartment dossiers

Price per square metre is the basis of every comparison

Every file we publish carries the measured area, the register area, the floor and the year the building went up. Where a figure could not be confirmed, the dossier says so on its face.

  • Measured area / register area
  • Floor and building year
  • Price per m² on every card

Price per square metre is the comparison basis here. Register area, measured area and building year are taken from the documents, not from the listing text, and anything we could not verify stays flagged on the card.

Four dossiers on one comparison basis

Every card states measured area, floor and year built. Price per square metre is an asking basis, not a valuation, and the unverified line stays on the card.

Disclosure

The unverified items field is never left blank

Every dossier on this page carries a field for what we could not confirm: a cadastral extract we could not read in full, a measured area that differs from the register entry, a completion year two documents disagree on. When nothing is outstanding, the field reads “None outstanding” instead of sitting empty.

What the field records

  1. 01 Measured area against the register entry, with the difference in square metres.
  2. 02 Encumbrances, leases and mortgage registrations attached to the property.
  3. 03 Building documents, completion year and any recorded reconstruction.
  4. 04 Viewing conditions for occupied apartments and access restrictions.
